Philip Parks works in an advertising company in Hong Kong. He works from 7am to 9pm from Monday to Friday.

Philip isn’t friendly. He doesn’t get along with his boss or his secretary. He lives alone.

On the weekend, he likes to relax at home. He doesn’t get along with his neighbors and he seldom talks to them.

Philip has a comfortable apartment. There are three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, and two bathrooms in his apartment.

His apartment is modern and clean. Philip loves his apartment although it is not convenient for shopping and the rent is expensive.

Every month he pays US $500. He likes his apartment because he likes to be alone.

One day, Philip’s boss says, “Philip, business is bad. We must fire you.” Philip isn’t happy. Now he must find a small and cheap apartment.

菲利普有一个很舒适的公寓。那有3间卧室，1间起居室，一个厨房，一个餐厅，两个卫生间，很现代化也很干净。虽然购物不是很方便，房租也很贵但是菲利普非常喜欢这间公寓。每个月他付500美金，他之所以喜欢他的公寓是因为他喜欢一个人。

一天，菲利普的老板对他说“菲利普，公司现在情况不是很好，我们只能把你开除了”。菲利普不是很高兴，现在他必须要找一个又小又便宜的公寓了
